I didn't have a problem watching the game, but the halftime interview with Cepero sure did it. I missed the highlights before the match. I think I'm happy with this result.
It was a pretty good game to watch, entertaining and fast. At least it wasn't two hours of dull ass soccer waiting to see if Dynamo could back into the next CCL. (Make no mistake, I'm glad we're more the likely qualified, but we backed into it.) I kind of wonder how McBride feels about going to Chicago now... As for the second game, the field at Rio Tinto had better not be mysteriously rock hard or I'm ganna be hella pissed.
It's the MLS Cup winner and runner-up, the MLS Supporters' Shield, and the Open Cup. Since Crew is in the MLS Cup, and thus will be either winner or runner-up, next up is Supporters' Shield second place. That's us.
That might be the most underwhelming trophy in all of sports. I thought we got some kind of glass cup that seemed an awful bit bigger than my dining room table centerpiece.
Hmmmmm - Conspiracy theory - I love conspiracy theories. Immediately after the Cougar game the Robertson groundskeepers received a visit from a couple of guys name Luigi and Sal who made them an offer they couldn't refuse.
probably ok once he gets to his mega mansion in the Chicago burbs-money makes everything feel a little better.
I can't believe I'm actually watching this. NYRB has one of the most undeserved leads I've ever seen. And the officiating is as favorable as what happened here last week. I Maruffo may have actually gone blind before the game. Oh well, at least RSL is starting to put some hard ass hits back to them now. If this score holds out I'm sure as hell not watching the final.
Same here. NY is brutal to watch. This is like an 11 on 10 half field drill but NY still has the lead.
My God, I'm convinced that NYRB sold their collective souls to the devil. How they aren't losing this game 4-1 is beyond me. Here's hoping that Columbus hangs a Chinese diving score on them in LA next weekend.
I'm starting to feel like doing something childish. Maybe going through all the west Houston convenience and grocery stores and hiding the RB cans in the freezers.
This has to be the luckiest team in MLS history. They made some deal with the devil. I anticpate Osorio's face turning to sand while being handed the MLS Cup next week
I am in complete, utter disbelief. What a cinderella story, indeed. There you have it, the Bulls against the Crew in LA.
I's say betting the mortgage on NYRB in the final. Not because the even remotely deserve the win, because they don't. One consolation is that they'll be the biggest ********ing embarrassment to the USA in CCL next year. Not like I want one of our slots going to a team we all know will tank but they ********ing deserve to get embarrassed.
I thought I was watching Dynamo game ..RSL just can't put it in.. Westside Como - yeah look like they did made a deal...
