a while ago it was talked about that fox sports world would show an mls game every week and a highlight show. an announcement was going to come "next week" which would have been a few weeks ago. did this deal die or is it still being discussed? or maybe i just missed an announcement.
the MLS opener will be shown by FSW Canada, according to ************. Sat Apr 05 01:00PM Pacific Sat Apr 05 02:00PM Mountain Sat Apr 05 03:00PM Central Sat Apr 05 04:00PM Eastern Length: 2 hr ____LIVE FOX Sports World Canada Major League Soccer (MLS) Columbus vs Los Angeles don't know if that means a deal has been struck between FSW and MLS or not. This game is also scheduled to be repeated on Sunday morning. hopefully we hear more this week.
OK... what IS a dilly yo? Is it some type of a new yo-yo? And what does this have to do with soccer and FSW?
max bretos and allen hopkins HAVE been announced as announcers for the galaxy for their local tv package. but of course this is somewhat off topic from the original question.
to be honest, i think that off topic comment is the closest one i've ever seen to being on topic but... do you speak jive?
Just hang loose blood. She gonna catch up on the rebound on the medicide. What it is big momma, my momma dont raised no dummy, I dug her rap. Cut me some slack jack!!

Re: Re: mls on fsw Why would they make an announcement/press release saying they aren't going to have a deal with FSW? If there is an announcemnt, it's favorable.

Re: Nice Anyone else get a bad feeling about a news release for something we all want being done on April Fools Day?
Hey, if this Saturday game of the week and one-hour highlight show on FSW materializes, that's great news! I think I'd rather have it done by FSW than by espn2. Pitty all the folks who don't get FSW, though...
This is in addition to the espn2 game, right? It would be great if the game on FSW were repeated later in the week, like they do with many of their games. That way, you could watch the game on the shootout live, and watch the FSW game on tape delay.
I think FSW is slowly becoming available to an ever wider market. Two months ago I called my cable company(Charter Comm.) to ask whether they carry FSW on their new digital line-up; they said no, and no near-term plans on the matter. Well, 2 weeks later I was surprised to find out that FSW is now part of their channel line-up. So, people may want to ask their local cable carrier if it's available in their area.
I've seen a number of advertisements for FSW (mostly for "Dream Team") on Fox News Channel recently. Seems Fox is using its leading news network to build some momentum for FSW. But it goes the other way, too, as I've seen an ad for Fox News Channel (with Laurie Dhue) on FSW. Cross-marketing. Smart move. No doubt the huge popularity of Fox News Channel allows Fox more leverage to "encourage" cable companies to carry Fox Sports World.
