Yeah, I was wondering what that white stuff was on the sidelines. I thought maybe white wildflowers? But I guess it's snow.

Not the greatest lineup for Quakes 2 and they're a bit lucky not to be behind. There's a CB named Heisner now, who I assume is the Half brother of Will Eisner. Neither Floriani nor Cano are on the roster.

KK Spivey had a couple of good cracks at goal and is finally starting to come into his own a little bit. I say "finally" - he's 16. But he's very highly rated. Expectations are high for him.

No Fernandez or Buck either. We'll see if they're in the squad at PayPal tomorrow.

Fernandez has made the roster in all 3 games I think. I don't think Buck has made any yet. We still have 0 injuries / players out. Zilch, nada, so it's tough for the fringe guys to get in there. Adimabua won't be on either 'cause he's in this game. When Timo came on, Adimabua was the guy who got dropped, which makes sense because Timo is a forward.

    What an exciting game.

Yes, snowed in Tacoma yesterday--the airport was mostly shutdown

Quakes 2 looked much better in the 2nd half, really pretty much dominated possession and chances. Not sure why. I guess the Quakes subs were as good or better as the starters (Mendoza, Kikuchi, Bohane, Tomo) and maybe Tacoma's subs weren't as good? Rajagopal really seems to come alive in the 2nd half. He's got quite a motor. Kikuchi is an 18-year old who's committed to Stanford if google is correct. He does pretty well taking players on.

I thought Q2 looked more skilled overall, but most of the players didn't seem to have a clue where their teammates were. Get the ball within shooting range, then pass straight to keeper. And the keeper on the PKs? Dire!

I never watch the PK's. Crockford made at least one good save in the game, but not much to do in the 2nd half. What happened to Montali? Not sure how Crockford is better than Montali. We just seem to churn thru 3rd keepers with seemingly no rhyme or reason to it.

Where is Montali? The bench keeper was Connor Lambe, who was just signed. Montali appears to be on the first team roster though (along with Crockford) so we haven't lost him. I hope.

Yeah, that was my question. Where did Montali go.
