I just can’t believe that a been-washed-for-years Ream is still on the team, much less starting as the captain.

 

I didn't pay attention to the Canada / Australia match (Aus.won 1-0), too enthralled with this Tigers/Mariners game. So many people left on base in extra innings. Baseball post-season is both the best and the worst.

Edit - Mariners end the 13th with the Tigers turning their second consecutive double play ending inning with two men on base. Ouch.

 

And the Mariners win in 15! Awesome game. Longest winner take all baseball game in MLB history. Now I might have a chance to see my Blue Jays in a playoff game. Going to be a lot of Canadians in Seattle for those games.

 

Had Tigers-M's on the big screen for the first hour, switched it to the smaller screen for Rutgers-Washington, then ended up switching it back to the big screen after the football game ended.

I liked that goal.

 

Truly a nasty foul there by the Aussie player on James Sands. I am not a fan of playing with a man advantage in a friendly, but that was bad.
