We went from 0 respect to 1000 in 3 weeks in the media. I think both are wrong. We aren't as bad as people originally thought, but not as good as they now think... I expect us to come down to earth this week.

I hope Dillon had an off game. I was not impressed.
Any word if Luna or Olatunji make the gameday?

Both Luna and Olatunji were practicing with the team on Friday. Olatunji with goggles on for protection.

We should expect both of them to get minutes as well as Stijn making his debut.

Curious to see how Moisa's minutes stack up as we go along. He may get Pablo'd and his starting days are over for awhile. I think the team is better with him in there but we shall see. Lots of players in that spot.

I'd move on from Caliskan. I think he sees the game really well, but isn't good enough to take advantage of that. Depends on the health of Eneli and Ruiz. Moisa is good enough, therefore he's old enough.

Apparently Wolff and Periera are out for Austin. I think their midfield will be lacking and I don't expect RSL to be able to take advantage of it. I'm sure they'll stick to keeping it wide, which seems to be working ok so far.

I’m pretty sure caliskan is one of Pablo’s first names on a team sheet. He’s logged all 270 minutes so far. Only 4 players have done that: Rafa, glad, Gozo, and caliskan

That doesn’t make much sense at a macro level, but with Luna Spierings and Olatunji back I’m not sure who else you drop

though not being ahead of Marczuk is curious. Suppose that’s just left vs right side depth?

I'd argue you don't need Henry and Junqua, but yeah given the formation, I get having Katranis and Marczuk over Booth.

Well, that sucked. Nelson flopped for that FK, and crap defense in the box. Out of nowhere.

I think it is the deflection off of Solans. But I agree, it was a slow motion looking sort of thing.

I had to switch to local announcers.

The AppleTV team were super homers for Austin.

Solans was constantly fouled and then goes down after he doesn't get the call. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

We don't benefit from bad ones like that very often - seem to be on the other end - but I'll take it.
