(Just to be a super smartass here)

I thought Croc's would be showing this, of course after the congregation of people from Ohio that will be watching the underwater bb stacking regular season match.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    LMAO!!!!!!

I got something to pack in at Croc's.

Come on Rapids, they take a severe shite all over your playoff match and then you go back? Not a chance in hell, not even if they were the last establishment in Denver.

What is the deal with Crocs?

I will be down in the big city this weekend, so there needs to be something down there...

Just expect to either be delayed because of a football game or baseball or hockey or underwater BB stacking. They screwed the pooch on the last one, as well as other times before, and I won't be surprised if they do it again.

    No more Croc's for me.

I realize this is a bit late, but given that the PPV Premier League game is apparently at 9am, it's a pity we couldn't have gotten something like a house party going. Of course, that's easy for me to say, from my dinky little basement room (not my mother's!) :D

SO much for Croc's...they had the Broncos on and NO MLS CUP. They were sending folks away, including me, and seemed unclear why anyone would, you know, come for the game since the Rapids weren't playing.

    Sigh.

We need a real place to meet for the games, eh? And maybe the Premier games too.

Seeing NE get nearly zero real chances vs. LA I feel better about our inept offensive show (two shutouts) vs. the Gal's.

No, I didn't see that coming at all. The sad thing is, apparently the Rapids office really didn't see it coming. Cue unfavorable comparisons of their intelligence to tree squirrels.

    Re: Croc's

So this was never communicated either to Croc's or the Rapids, one way or another? Ugh. Someone dropped the ball. I don't have the time or the interest to find out who; this clinches it for me, I'll watch away matches from home in SE Denver next year.

And my post was rather on the sarcastic side!!!! Not actually thinking they would totally screw the pooch or pooches in this case.

Sorry you guys got hosed. Hope you didn't miss any of the final.

Who actually went and got turned away besides Ricardo and Tony Cheval?

Actually, I was being sarcastic about not seeing it coming, too. Despite being just a short bus ride from downtown, I didn't bother, knew at best it would be a mess fighting the gridheads for space/volume.

Open Memo To Rapids: Please find a better spot for away game viewings. Preferably one with that novel concept known as Free Parking.

My wife and I made it there thirty minutes early, on the remote possibility that Crocs would not show the game. They knew nothing of a Rapids tie-in at that time, and like a previous poster said, would not likely have a tie-in because the Rapids are not involved. They said they could put the game on a TV, but not with sound. We left to watch it at a residence.

The Rapids deserve the blame here. Against all reason, they promoted this event, with a back room, etc., in the same time-slot as a Broncos game.
