Sounds like a awsome group going....it is killing me not to go. I do have 4 tickets that I got a few weeks ago, but I have to go out of the country later in the week. They are in section 434 row 3, seats 1-4. Anyone want them, let me know. I just want to get face value ($45 each) and have a Dynamo fan get them. PM if you want them.....

Spring Branch ISD is off starting on Wednesday, I think Katy ISD has a half day on Wednesday. And I believe Cy Fair is only off Thursday and Friday. Most of our Holiday days have gotten cut from the calendar due to them starting the school year later in August.

Re: Who is planning on going to DC for the Cup?

If you're making the trip to DC, I have 4 tickets available (will also be sold in sets of 2) which are my regular season tickets just past the 30 yard line a little closer toward midfield (sec 204, row 13 -http://dcunited.mlsnet.com/t103/imgs/stadium/2007/seating_map.gif).

Tickets are priced at $32.50 each which was my cost (and a little bit lower than public pricing b/c of my season ticket status).

If interested, PM so we can work out shipping/payment, etc.

    Thanks,
    Rich

It's pushing it. You'd get out of the airport at 1045ish and you'd have at least a 45 minute drive to RFK not including any traffic. I'm not entirely sure what traffic would be like on a Sunday morning since I don't drive around these parts but I'd go over to the DC boards and inquire before doing that. At worst you'd be a little late to the match, but I also can't imagine them starting right at 12.

Yeah, I think so. That is the only thing holding me back from going....got a wedding Saturday night and with game time so early....can't get a flight in there in time. ugh!

Looks like I'll be going. I figure I make the trip from Livingston to Robertson all the time and a road trip up to Washington can't be that much further. Am I mistaken?:D

I don't know DC, that's enough time to get to the stadium? If I am picking up tickets from the TA, I have to be there earlier right? Ugh! This is so frustrating. Why are there no flights after 7pm?!?

If I buy a ticket from TA and then don't make it to the tailgate before everyone goes in....am I going to be screwed? Should I buy one from the MLS site?!?

DCA (National) and RFK are both on the same Metro lines.

Here's more information for the Metro:
