Depending on how Steelers handle this off-season it might end up that way soon. 20+ Free Agents, a QB and 3/5th of O-line may retire at any moment. GM & Asst. GM interviewing for other jobs. Pressure on coach to fire OC & DC. Then again, if they somehow pull off a deal for Deshaun Watson, Sam Darnold, or Carson Wentz, then draft Travis Etienne or Najee Harris and get a few O-line through draft and/or FA they might actually be able to stay at top of division.
As much as I hate to admit it, the Stillers have traditionally been a very good organization, and, sadly, I think they're likely to rebuild very efficiently and quickly.

Of the 3 potentially available QBs, Wentz would far down the list + his contract is huge so not likely given part of reason to move on from Ben is cap space. Watson is proven winner, and Darnold is still a bit unknown. He has had nothing around him and terrible coaching so who knows a change might just be what he needs. Colbert started in Detroit who is whooing him and it is rumored they are offering his son a big job too. Asst. GM - Khan has interviewed something like 8-9 times last few years and not landed anywhere. Not sure why. But he was long ago anointed as a master negotiator and cap expert by Steelers organization.
Having watched the final maybe 6 times now (countless views of highlight packages and goals on top of it) I figured I'd give some love to the semifinal. The contrast between the 2 games is stark. It's like our guys played 2 totally different styles. We played possession retention, short kicks from Tarbell, build from the back most of the time. In the final we didn't play short from a keeper possession (either goal kick or controlled with his hands) a single time. I give full credit to Porter for how he adjusted to make the most of the team he had available to flummox the opposition.
I always appreciate it when a coach is not married to their style. That was one of the biggest complaints I had with Berhalter is that he was so adamant to play a certain style even when we didn't have the players. Porter out-coached Schmetzer
And I thought Schmetzer was masterful in his Semi-final game. His subs were spot on and won him the game. I was worried in final he would do same. Fortunately Porter (and credit to players) were ready and maintained control.
