    Cool.

I forgot to set the VCR though. Doh. That's ok, though, because I'm sure I'll be able to get a copy somehow.

That's ok, let 'em stuff the ballot box. That's the only thing the Caps will EVER win!

If someone is able to get a copy for you, can you find me one, as well?

Ever since the Cubs lost Games 6 and 7 last year in the NLCS when I taped them, I've sworn off taping important games. :)

Everyone should bookmark bugmenot for future links to newspaper articles.

    What a crock.

They don't cover the Cup final, but what do you want to bet that Wright or somebody else weighs in with some crap speculation about player movement like they did a few weeks ago.

I mean, really . . . HOW DO YOU NOT COVER THE FINAL?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Are they really that freakin tight? I understand not covering road games. Even the Post picks its spots. But Jesus . . . IT'S A FINAL.

This just goes to show that the Times is just not serious about covering the team.

    Columnists Corner from mlsnet.com.

    A disturbing typo:

"So as happy as they were, there was sadness mixed in once the initial shock of winning the Cup passed and the thongs of media had begun to clear out of the locker room."

I'm not a big supporter of the Times but United was the top of the Sports page and had a headline at the top of the paper along with the 'Skins, telling people to go to the Sports page. But still, not sending a reporter out is pathetic. Post by far had the better coverage. Loved the front page piece.

    Nelson on the rise

    Their spelling, not mine.

No mention of Nellie leaving for a specific place...

    Thx,

    Jay!
