Thank god I only have to drive...Well I was just curious, how many are planning on attending the final? BTW, is there any way someone can get me the $20 supporters scarf and give it to me at the game... that would be great if anybody can do that!

Midwest Airlines had an ad in this morning's paper - $229 (internet only) round-trip to L.A. if you travel before March '05. www.midwestairlines.com In case anyone still needs a flight.
Ok. For those that are going to the Cup start sounding off with the details: What day and time do you arrive in LA and on what airline? At what hotel are you staying? Are you going to the Supporters Summit? Are you going to the League Awards Gala? Are you going to the Supporters Bash? What section are you "standing and going fvcking crazy" in? What day and time do you depart LA and on what airline? Are you renting a vehicle or relying on taxis/shuttles/the goodwill of others? I'm arriving at LAX on Saturday, November 13 at about 12:30pm (CA time) on United. I don't remember the exact time, and will have to double check. I'm staying at the Hilton Carson Civic Plaza. I want to go to the Summit, even though it apparently starts at noon?!? Better late than never, right? I wouldn't mind going to the League Awards Gala. I enjoyed it in 2002. How much does it cost? I definitely want to go to the Supporters Bash, this was incredible in 2002! I plan on getting tickets in section 127 but the Galaxy ticket rep hasn't returned my call yet. I depart LAX on Monday November 15 at about 9:30 am (CA time) on United. I can miss a day of classes! I don't remember the exact time, and will have to double check. I will be relying on taxis/shuttles/and the goodwill of others.
Early Saturday morning on Frontier staying at the Crowne Plaza I plan to go to the Supporters Summit I will go to the Awards Gala if I can. Do you have to buy tickets in advance? Yes, I will go the the Supporters bash sitting, well, standing 127 Sunday evening on Frontier renting a vehicle
The Supporter's Bash is an informal event for all soccer supporters to get together and have fun the night before MLS Cup. Supporters Bash…Details are as follows: What: Supporters Bash When: Saturday – November 13, 2004 (8:00 PM -? ) Where: Hollywood Billiards Sports Bar & Grill 5750 Hollywood Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028 Tel: 323.465.0115 www.hollywoodbilliards.com In terms of the awards Gala, MLS decided to keep the event private this year, and didn't offer fans tickets this year. The only tickets I've seen available for it are through some VIP auction package on ticketmaster.
We (Oct, George, Jason and I) are traveling United and leaving KC at 7 AM and arriving in LA at 10:30. We are planning on possibly renting a car when we get there. Our reservations are for the Hampton Inn where the Bash is being held. Looks like we'll miss the start of the summit but we'll try to get there. We will be at the supporters and going fvcking crazy in 127. Go Wizards
I leave very early Sunday on Frontier and get in to LAX about 8:30 am. Staying at the Hampton on Chris & Oct's hotel room floor -- passed out drunk! Sect 127 when the ticket rep calls me back tomorrow Come back Monday -- scheduled at 6pm on Frontier but I am going standby and getting home earlier -- I hope.
Me, Calida, Chad, Stu and Beth are all on the same flight... Arrive LA 830am Saturday Staying at the Hampton Will attend the Summit until they let us check in Going to whatever Bash there is Saturday, wanting to meet a lot of MLSers from other cities (Knave, got your PM...) Buying seats in 127. Don't worry about Lisa Rollins, I am assuming she just doesn't work weekends. And I'm also assuming she has a LOT of messages, just call her Monday. Leaving LA at 630am, arriving in KC 1pm Monday.
Frontier, arrive in LA about 8:50am on Saturday and leave Monday morning, not sure what time though. Staying at the Torrance Marriott.
No. Sam and Mike have a room at the Hilton, and the YCJ Suite is also at the Hilton. I get into LA on Friday morning.
my group of four is arrive sat around 3pm. staying in a quality inn, i think, girlfriend made arrangements hope to go to the supporter's bash sat nite. stand and going fvcking nuts in 127 leave monday around 10am see everyone sat or sunday for DAMN sure!!!! ONE MORE WIN!!!!!!! GO WIZARDS!!!!!!!!
I'm furious at myself for not booking a flight sooner, and really depressed that I won't be with all my friends in LA partying it up. After the crappy year I've had and the effort that I've continued to make to support our team, I feel like I deserve to go. However, times are tough, money is tight, and there will be future cup finals to attend. I will be cheering you all on, knowing I did all I could for you guys and for the team this year. Now I'm off to watch the 2000 MLS Cup final on DVD (Thanks Andy!) and shed a little tear all by my lonesome. FORZA WIZ!!! Let's go MISSOURI AZZURI!!!
I just bought 10 tickets on the front row of section 127. These are for me, Calida, Chad, John, Stu and Beth. This leaves 4 tickets if anyone wants to claim them. BTW, Lisa Rollins is now taking calls. She said she has 15+ phone messages and more emails from Wizards fans and hasn't heard a word from the DC fans.
