Re: Re: MLS considered Major actually... no it has to do with how much it takes to run a franchise... and the ability of the people in the area to support it with what they currently make since mls is pretty much the cheapest in these respects, it allows for it to be put into more areas than anything else if mls cost the most, it would have the fewest markets it could expand to
