I want to straight out claim I was hoping for Noonan. I was ambivalent about Luchi & Pablo. I'm still a bit ambivalent about Pablo, but the FO has righted itself and are helping him succeed.

For serious, someone who might be worth considering as a coach is Jeff Larentowicz. He was a bright, intense player and he definitely knows the MLS.
