At least we know MLS sold 2 of these things. ;) Out of curiosity what was your reasoning for buying?

5 cities are close to home and I can attend. In addition, the last five AS Games and Cup games have been complete sell outs. The AS game (MLS vs Foreign clubs) is growing in popularity and draws big crowds when playing top teams.

I may lose my $ or MLS may fold but if soccer continues to grow everyone on this board will be saying I wish i had done that!

Maybe I'm naive, but I always figured when the Union are in the MLS Cup, and when Chester hosts something special, the supporter's club will be taken care of.

I am sure they would take care of season ticket holders. This is more of a personal and long term investment.

I guess that's the part that I'm failing to grasp. To me it seems like I would pay $500/seat now, and then still have to pay for the ticket. Whereas, through SG's all I have to do is pay for my ticket.

You have to think bigger! The license is going in my 3 year sons name. If the league grows their are profits to be made in selling tickets. The five years have been sell outs.

I buy and sell lots of other tickets alll the time.
