I'm hoping that Apple follows all (most now but rumored to be all soon) other game packages and offers a single team package next year. $20-$30 cheaper for the season might not sound like a lot, but it can make a difference. Would definitely change my mind.

T-Mobile just sent out a press release that every T-Mobile and Metro customer will get MLS Season Pass on Apple TV for free.— Paul Tenorio (@PaulTenorio) February 16, 2023
With the season starting this weekend something to look forward to this week.It was reported that all the teams should have a weekly report previewing the upcoming game on Apple TV.— B-ray (@RapidsBray) February 20, 2023
Just got my season pass code. Normally I wouldn't care much outside the games, but this is pretty good content. We look like a real club. Others have said it, but I didn't really think much until I just saw it. So far, happy with the apple option and will be even happier once we can watch actual games without wierd VPN options (my Polestar always showed the games, so I got used to sitting in the car for away games) It will be weird with no Fleming, withholding judgement until we see the game day product. I am fully expecting Seattle Flounder homer commentary no matter what they say.
I'm in the same boat! I requested a refund from Apple though, so fingers crossed they approve it so I can get that free T Mobile code lol
Yeah, just came to update. My refund was just processed like 5min ago after requesting it yesterday evening, and the T Mobile redemption was super easy to do.
Thank you for pointing this out! I just remembered that my mother is a T-Mobile customer and was able to get this year for free using her number. Now I get to be disappointed in real-time.
I have Apple TV in my house but had trouble getting MLS games "up" without using my iPhone and then switching to the TV scree. Am I missing something? Also, got a LOT of 'Please Subscribe' screens.........Will fuss later today for the Rapids 4-0 victory... R
Were you using the Apple TV app on the phone and then casting them to the TV screen? I don't know if this will be helpful, but if you have a Smart TV that can download apps, you might just get the Apple TV app on there and cut out the iPhone from the equation. Good luck!
No issues to report on my end from Apple TV. Maybe it helps I already had the app on my smart TV. Easy to use. Interface was easy to navigate. Quality was exceptional. Nice to have all the games at your fingertips. I thought the whip around shows and extended pre/post game coverage were good as well. A+ impression.
Did you subscribe to the MLS package? I know it’s different from regular Apple TV, and is a separate subscription within Apple TV. We don’t have Apple TV in our house, but no issues on the MLS season pass on our end. Also have to say what a fresh breath of fresh air it was to be watching games in HD yesterday instead of the hazy 720p and below we used to get
OK, never noticed but say “Apple TV” into the Xfinity remote and it comes up. You will need to authenticate and log in… R
This just in:Starting this weekend, existing Apple TV+ subscribers can watch the MLS 360 whiparound show for no extra charge, without having to subscribe to #MLSSeasonPass.I've updated my big Q&A with the news:https://t.co/cylfGP1D3h— Jonathan Tannenwald (@thegoalkeeper) March 3, 2023
Could have delayed my MLS pass by a month becausetheRapids and the whip around show are all I’ve watched!
I wish the Avalanche and Nuggets had a similar option. It’s nice just clicking on a game and having a high quality picture.
I shouldn't get involved with this, but whatever.Apple, a company that is worth $3T, is worried about a $2.5B deal? MLS is a drop in the bucket for them, their guinea pig. Their sights are much, much higher.I'll look like like an idiot if I'm wrong, but I ain't worried https://t.co/TPWlPQ3QDE— DannyT (@DannyTRadio) April 3, 2023
BREAKING: Major League Soccer and Apple TV have launched a one-month free trial of #MLSSeasonPass beginning today through October 31. Here are all of the details and the free code to use:https://t.co/mvl0EfJIBO— World Soccer Talk (@worldsoccertalk) May 13, 2023
That's from a month ago and was immediately countered the next day by an Apple VP(?) saying that the subscriptions were meeting expectations at that point.
