In response to the "Ireland following MLS" thread on this forum, I thought I'd mention that at long last, we here in Australia are finally getting to see MLS games aired here, too. It's on tape-delay, at 3 a.m. Sunday night/Monday morning, but ESPN Int'l-Pacific Rim will be airing a "game of the week" here, and apparently the same national game ESPN/ESPN2 shows on the weekend. In this case, it's Dallas v L.A. Apparently, the heads at ESPN Int'l have finally listened to complaints from this corner of the world, and have relented to air the games, even on tape delay. I know the result already, I'll have to get a nap soon, and I'll be dead on my feet at work on Monday. But I don't care. Finally, now that I have cable in our new house here, we can get to see some MLS games, at long last. I can't be buggered if anyone even replies to this thread, I'm just over the moon that I'll get to see some domestic league action from back home, 16 months after moving over here. Also, I was wondering if the agreement MLS has with Fox Sports World/Fox Sports International covered broadcasts on Fox Sports here in Australia. I saw that it mentions Latin American and some European and Asian countries, but nothing for the Pacific Rim, at least nothing explicitly stated. But if so, then that would really make matters complete.
A dingo ate your MLS games Good for you, hope that they get FSW in Australia for you to watch even more games. -VON
