I saw a goal by Vancouver ... and by Vancouver I mean the team in white, which is LAFC

    0-1 (Vela)

Yay for LAFC. They actually try to pass the ball and play soccer. They also have 2 Canadians tonight.

That elbow to the face would be red if against the Sounders.

I'm so thoroughly confused watching this game. It's completely disorienting to have this jersey combo in Vancouver.

Russell Teibert comes out for Yordy Reyna. It will be a tall task for Reyna to attempt to reproduce all of Teibert's back passes tonight.

I miss Vancouver's white jerseys with the blue stripe across the chest - those were distinctive, unlike their MLS jerseys.

Especially with Jordan Harvey playing for the team in white. They're successfully messing with my mind.

I'm shocked Vancouver gets as many fans as they do considering the way their team plays.

Vancouver just scored again and the crowd goes silent.

0-2 the team in white, which isn't Vancouver

Things won't improve until Robinson leaves. I hop the Caps miss the playoffs in order for that to happen.

You don't think long balls (edit: or crosses) to Brek Shea are a recipe for success?

What I can't understand is why robbo never takes heat from the media and why fans bother showing up to this crap.

There is no accountability for the manager. None.

I am sorry, how is that not a red card if Dempsey got one for the same level of force for a strike to an arm holding him?

Both of those should have been red cards IMO. Techera's kick was waaaaay away from the ball. He simply kicked the shit out of the guy. And Vela? That's a strike, with force, with a closed fist to an opponent's chest. Of course Felipe embellished because that's that Felipes do, but it's still violent conduct in my book.

Vela barely touched him. That's a yellow on Felipe for embellishment. Nothing else.

yes, there is 100% clear video evidence there was no contact to the guys nuts. It only struck his arm which was holding Dempsey.

No contact with the guys nuts.
At the very end you see the Dallas player holding his wrist, not his nuts.
I don't think the Dallas player was ever trying to claim he got hit in the nuts as he was always holding his wrist.

LAFC has had 60 bad minutes of soccer over 5 games. If they had gotten the red card against Atlanta and not completely imploded in Carson, this team could be 5 and 0 on the road.

I'd rather see that type of embellishment be a straight red.
