Especially on a game held on a usual work day, it can be tough to change clothes, get food, and travel on rush hour streets to make it to a game on time.
Houston sports are all doing well. Rockets playoffs run. Astros finally stringing decent seasons together. Texans get their first real QB with promise ever. Dynamo has work to do to get some visibility in the market.
Sorry I'm from Houston and I disagree with this. We've had playoff success in the vast majority of our existence, blessed to have a downtown stadium unlike our rivals to the north, a academy and training facility in a central location and are based in the one the most diverse cities in the entire country. The excuses gotta stop 10 years in, man.
Will the Impact defence be terrible like usual today? Will Piatti and Tabla put on a show? Will Montero save a shitty Whitecaps team again? Stay tuned!!
I predict a comfy win for Impact. Whitecaps have some decent individual pieces, but the way Robinson combines them into a team does not work at all.
They did better at robertson then their brand new home and it's kind of puzzling. The fault might be with the management

Jackson-Hammel. He should probably retire right now as the best scoring forward in league history in a goals-per-90 average.
Caleb Calvert isn't listed as out but did not suit up. so the Rapids are apparently choosing to go with less than a full bench. They also loaned Ricardo Perez to Colorado sSprings today, instead of waiting until Monday and having a full bench...
