Atlanta's announcer has declared the game over. He apparently doesn't believe that 2-0 is the most dangerous lead in soccer! (But then, the opponent is Philly!)
I'm not exaggerating... Xavier Kouassi might have just been given the most BS red card I've ever seen.
Watching NYCFC but can't resist flicking over to watch Atlanta surging every break in play. Alan Green talking about Atlanta catching Toronto.
Kouassi clipped an OC player on the ankle on the follow-through of a ball he ended up clearing. Ref five feet away blew for a foul... no card. Kouassi was sent off after they went to VAR.
Don't know if that cross could have been cut out by Korb, but Tyler Adams finished nicely. Metro 1-0 DCU
Getting to the stage where we might need a review for the video reviewers. Nonsense red on Kouassi #ORLvNE— Adrian Healey (@AdrianHealey) September 27, 2017 REDa! Kouassi gets sent off for a challenge on Seb Hines. #NERevs down to 10 men early in the first half against #ocsc #ORLvNE pic.twitter.com/iWErDbm265— GolazoJuice (@GolazoJuice) September 27, 2017 Red card?! It’s becoming more and more difficult to defend Video Review with this call on Kouassi & @NERevolution. #MLS #ORLvNE pic.twitter.com/aAZKT3s75S— Taylor Twellman (@TaylorTwellman) September 28, 2017
TSN announcer in the Montreal v NYCFC game: "Plenty of blue shirts forward". You don't say, given both teams are wearing blue! 0-1 NYC (Harrison)
That's a well-earned yellow card for Bobby Burling. Probably felt good after giving up two early goals.
VAR says no. Offside. The cultured accent didn't understand. Nice of them to make an announcement in the stadium O those lowly Revs...
