Not sure how they dig 7 minutes out of their ass in the second half when the first was only 2 minutes.
Hahaha bring Atlanta down a bit by barely losing to a crap Minnesota team thanks to the ref while we used a makeshift lineup? Sure thing man.
Pro - Watching Atlanta lose in that fashion. Con - Lagos and Heath's jobs still look in tact for next year.
Now there's less chance of The Yankees having to play a playoff game in East Hartford due to a clash with a NYCFC game.
I'm in complete and total shock. Mind you, I'm grinning from ear to ear, but I'm in complete and total shock. Yes, I'm also singing Wonderwall. 10 wins! Take THAT, Grant Wahl!
Winning is an accomplishment of its own for this Minnesota team. Especially on the road against "America's team."

Well, full credit to Minnesota for fighting till the end. As a team they've at least progressed throughout the season, and 3 pts is 3 pts. Did the ref suck? Yeah. I'm not sure it would have changed the outcome and I'm not disputing the red card, but the absence of earlier yellows and the decided inconsistency of which fouls did and did not draw cards allowed the game to get chippy and dangerous. I never condone throwing stuff at the ref or players, but today I certainly understood the frustration. As for Atlanta all I can say is this team is tired. What was that? 9 games in 30 days, most with the same lineup? Today they had to play without 5 starters and it showed, especially as 2 of the replacements aren't keyed to Tata's system. I would've started Peterson over Jones and kept Larentowicz in instead of using Kratz. You knew it would be a defensive approach and that would have at least offered a better counter-attacking threat. Alas. So, likely *NYCFC gets the #2 spot in the east, but AU still controls fate for third place, I believe. At full strength and with home legs involved I still like their chances to make the eastern final. Given the circumstances I'll still call that a successful debut season. *Mod edit: No improper nicknames in the neutral forums, thanks.
OK I'm still catching up with the second half here, and I'm about ready to strangle this whiny Toad-from-X-Men-looking British ************************ on play by play. Also, you guys didn't start a week 31 thread? This is week 31, dummies.
Also, thanks to PRO for replacing Nima Saghafi with Dave Gantar at the last minute last week and not bothering to tell anyone, including whomever puts the box scores together. Lucky for me, I got a heads up and also know Nima isn't a short, dorky-looking Canadian dude like Gantar.
I was going to ask how you could tell someone was Canadian at a glance, but then I remembered Terrence and Phillip.
