My wife left for Florida to visit her Dad yesterday. I have my company summer picnic tonight at the founder's house in Boulder though so I'm going to have to check out for 3 hours or so. Hope to make it back in time to see the second half of Dallas-Colorado.

I'm not sure you people can complain.

What did you find offensive? Field coverage was shit, but they showed everything live. I didn't pay attention to the calls since I was shouting over them. They showed the Bolt piece in earlier coverage.

That SKC sequence would have been a beautiful goal.

Mainly the lead announcer who couldn't name non-American athletes. He couldn't even recognize which countries teams were running for or who was in which position. His sprint calls consist of repeating one sprinters name, unable to identify who was second or third. One example where he called that an American runner was in the lead in a sprint (Ketley?) even though he was 3 yards down and going backwards. Ato Bolden was continually having to correct him. At least this they went to commercial in the first half of the distance races rather than wait until the second half and rejoin in the last 800 meters by which time everything had changed.

Seattle temporarily in 1st in the West.

And I now get to watch my first MLS game in well over a month.

A number of teams can pass them on tie breakers before this round is over.

Now if Portland, Houston, and Dallas can manage to win, we'll be the League of Nations.

Is Nagbe even playing? I mean, I know he's on the field but is he playing?
