The replays don't have a good angle, but any chance on that PK call that Deric actually pulled the ball over the goal line when falling on it at the end (which would, obviously, have been a goal then)? It looks like its really close.
Like I said earlier. I'm drinking straight bourbon at this point. If I post something dumb there is likely a culprit.
I tell you what .... Brad Davis is probably going to end up with the MLS assists record with continued service like that.
It's times like this I don't understand why a manager can't get 1 instant replay review per game. In the amount of time it took to sort that out the 4th ref could of seen every angle replay like 6 times.
Don't think so, and besides, the SKC player on the goal line was offside. At least Stott got the sequence right - foul, then offside. *glares at Bazakos*
I think it's a good time to re-post this article from today: MLS = Mostly Low Scoring. That's a Problem. http://www.socceramerica.com/article/63457/mls-mostly-low-scoring-thats-a-problem.html
The terrible song I sing to myself whenever a day like this happens: "The goals are back in town" This league sometimes seems like 0-0 (any Colorado game) or 6+ goals sometimes.
