It's not the "That Mitchell and Webb Look" clip, is it? (I love that show!) Edit: I see that he says it's David Mitchell, so I guess it's the clip I'm thinking of. That "Mitchell and Webb" episode was replayed on BBC America last weekend, so that's probably where he saw it.
The season is just around the corner! See photos of the first day of training (and our new Lotto training gear) here: http://www.qpr.premiumtv.co.uk/page/Gallery/0,,10373~1335980,00.html
More pre-season photos! (Jake Cole appears in one, so I guess he's back... this year as third keeper). http://www.qpr.premiumtv.co.uk/page/Gallery/0,,10373~1336252,00.html
Hey Briatore reckons QPR will be in the Champions League in four years! http://footylatest.com/news/news.php?extend.1046 Does anyone agree its possible?
As previousley mentioned on other mb's; the Arabic script on the new Gulf Air sponsorship logo, may not go down too well in some parts of The States I know the new Lotto kit has a lot of people complaining, but I believe it could of been a lot worse.
not sure you'd need more than a couple of sets of fingers and toes to count the number of people in the states who would ever notice arabic script on a QPR jersey...well at least not until the R's get into the Champions' league in a couple of years.
http://www.casinobeacon.co.uk/news-articles/news/2008-05/qpr-260508.htm Merely the first site I found with the news but it appears we are the favourites for promotion. Ahead of all those who were relegated from the Premier League. Am I the only one thinking this may be a little optimistic? Sure we've got a bit of cash and we've bought a couple of players but for us to be rated ahead of anyone else in the league is just bizarre. Maybe it's a case of me being let down season after season but frankly as an Rs fan, I'm not good on handling optimism.
The official site says that they're capping seasont ticket sales at 10,000 this season and "just a few hundred" of that number remain available.

Briatore has reported that the ABC Loan has been paid off. The offish doesn't give details... who paid it? Was it a loan to the club? If so, on what terms? But at least ABC itself is no longer involved with the club and no longer holds an option on Loftus Road. http://www.qpr.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10373~1357984,00.html
Revised squad numbers have been released. Cook gets 17 after Walton departs. Gorkss gets 13. Parejo gets 7, Ephraim shifts back to 25.
In ex-R's news, Dan Shittu has moved to Bolton for an undisclosed fee. Good for Dan -- he deserves to stay in the Prem. Would love to see him back in hoops someday.
Excellent news! For a great guy -- and for the Rs who see a promotion contender lose a quality player.
Kind of a funny/awkward headline... http://www.qpr.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10373~1359002,00.html OK, if you insist!
