President Silvio Berlusconi says Mr Bee has ?a very good plan? for Milan, despite reports the deal is in jeopardy.

Bee Taechaubol has agreed to buy a 49 per cent stake in the Rossoneri for around ?500m, but the deal has been beset by delays, with fears it could collapse entirely.

?We have to look forward at the ?new football?,? Berlusconi told Italia 7 Gold.

?There are new owners coming in who made their fortune with oil. Milan has cost me ?1.2bn in the last 30 years.

?We?ve thought of someone who can bring in new capital with the commercialisation of the brand in Asia. Mr Bee has presented us with a very good plan in that respect, which could allow us to bring in ?100m per year.

?That would allow Milan to compete with the top European clubs again.

"He's a serious person, I hope to have him in the club. Unfortunately the partners he found are Chinese, and the crisis in the market meant these gentlemen withdrew.

"At the moment Mr Bee is looking at other markets, the United Arab Emirates etc, and we hope to conclude a deal before the end of the season.

"If we can't, we already have so many alternatives which will allow Milan to have new money."

Francesco Totti is in dispute with Roma, and could end his 27-year career with the Giallorossi at the end of the season.

It was reported in the past that the Diavolo had admired Er Pupone, was there ever a chance of him moving to San Siro?

?There was never that possibility. Symbols of a club aren?t sold and aren?t bought. It was different with [Alessandro] Nesta at Lazio though.

?The Biancocelesti decided to put Nesta up for sale, and in that case I got in ahead of Juventus and took him to Milan.?

Silvio Berlusconi says Milan could “make a financial sacrifice” to sign Mario Balotelli permanently.

The striker returned to the Rossoneri on loan from Liverpool this summer, but has made just two Serie A starts so far as he’s battled with a hernia injury.

“Will we sign him outright? It depends on him,” club President Berlusconi shrugged, speaking to Italia 7 Gold.

“He has extraordinary technical and physical qualities, especially if he can really show maturity in terms of his behaviour in his life and his position on the pitch.

“He drifts out to the wings too much.

“If he were to do these things we’d be very happy to make a financial sacrifice and keep him here with us.”

Berlusconi then discussed the Diavolo’s aims for the season, with lifting the Coppa Italia as the number one target.

“It depends on how much the squad believes. We really want the Coppa Italia, it’d give meaning to our season and allow us to return to Europe.

“The second objective is to finish third. In Naples we saw that the players want to give their all. I think the Milan squad is good enough.

We’ve had too many injuries this season, but we have quality players like [Jeremy] Menez, Balotelli and [Kevin-Prince] coming back, three champions Milan couldn’t count on until now.”[IMG]

The former Prime Minister has often talked of his desire for an all-Italian Milan, is that really feasible?

“You have to set ambitious goals which sometimes attract derision from others,” Berlusconi insisted.

Then you give your all, put all your strength in to achieve them. I’ve always achieved the goals I set in my field.[IMG]

“Now we have to look at the next few years, so we’re striving to broaden the shareholder base of the club.

“We have the ambition to put-out an all-Italian team in the coming years. We’re looking in all the youth teams to try to identify some young men with secure futures.”

    our glorious president has spoken!![IMG]
