what are you talking about? he's 21 years old, of course he needs coaching. how else is he going to get better. whether the coaching comes from an actual coach or from a team mate is a different story. silva talks about how much nesta bothered the crap out of him in training, always yelling at him and telling him where to be. it made him better. that kind of coaching can still be provided by nesta, regardless of whether he's a team mate or not. i know he's not on the coaching staff, but it would be so useful
