The two leagues that are leading in the country coefficient this season will have extra berths next year. The way the points get allocated is a heavy lift (two points for a win one for a tie is simple, but ranking points that will get assigned later are a mess), but ultimately the average performance of the teams in your delegation determines how many spots you will get (per usual, except that the regular number of spots for 2024/2025 is still based on the 2023 five year ranking, and these two extra spots are determined based on the 2023/2024 ranking). Having eight teams and some of them crash out early (like Spain), means you will almost certainly get less teams next year.
