We haven't had a cleansheet since before Kjaer went offline. Coincidence? I think not. Defense wins championships
Good point, although frankly, we got lucky this time as Benevento had number of chances, including a pk. What's going on with Ibra, when will he be back?
So Rebic (positive test) and Ibra are out . This will be a tough match and 0-0 would be a great result, especially given Inter lost.
What's the point of even keeping Ibra around, he has missed 10 games. I like the guy but he doesn't do us any good if he's going to play one match and sit out half of a season.
Well, we fought and given everything did pretty well. Hope this does not slow us down or takes away from our confidence.
Man, now Chalhanhoglu is injured for tomorrow. Half of our team is MIA. I hope we can still pull this off and get 3 points.
We will. Have to bounce back. Hope young Maldini gets some time. Hes looking better and better. More time for a youngsters
Nail biter with Torino and glad to see so many players get some time and of course a great shoot out win!
another week another win. Saelemaekers getting a red 8 min after coming on lol. New guy Meite made his debut. Still on top and officially winter champions
Saelemakers, what a dumb ass. Ibra being Ibra and just glad we kept a clean sheet and really didn't have too many issues with Cagliari. Next game vs Atalanta will be tough without Romagnoli, Hernandez or Chalhanoglu.
Nice win. I've been looking at Fivethirtyeight's club soccer rankings and predictions. It's interesting that they have Inter listed at 36% chance of winning the league and Milan at 22%. What's odd is that Inter rose 1% after our game yesterday, and we only rose 2%. Juve dropped from 15% to 14%. I'm not putting much stock in this, but I thought it was interesting to note. It's great to be 10 points ahead of Juve regardless.
Atalanta played really well. Our midfield struggled and you could tell we missed Chalhanoglu. The only positive is Inter drew. Need to learn from these losses.
I agree. We were playing defense the whole game. Atalanta was relentless. Pioli learned he shouldn't have started Meite.
