Why is their a [R] in the thread title. I thought maybe there was a big battle between Micro$oft and Apple and you were being considerate by warning us that the result might be posted. ...moving swiftly on..... Why not just buy the damn thing. You can get a fully licensed copy of XP for $5 from a university. 15 bucks for Office XP. Will save you lots of trouble in the long run.
Hey, it made you take a look at the thread, didn't it? Seriously, how can you get a copy of XP from a university for such a small price?
Surprisingly enough, if you're a student at a university. (my wife is) They sell it in the book store usually.
I tell you what. I'm hoping to go to my first ever Crew game next week. I've met 3Stripe and HandthaDJ once but would like to meet as many people as possible. If I can arrange to meet you up before the game, have a few beers and a chat I'll bring a copy of Office XP with me for you. How's that for a deal?
One problem. I may not be able to make it to the game, unfortunately. We'll have to find another way to do this.
Missing the first game of the season. Shame on you. (Just kidding) PM me when you think you might get to a game. I'm only buying a 9 pack ticket so I won't be at every game.
