Mick didn't do himself any favours by going on this last night. Basically the show was a piss take of the Roy Keane situation with loads of Irish jokes about the Irish team and its preparation. I was in Mick's corner during the Roy Keane saga but I think he has made a big error by appearing on a show of this nature. Don't think you would see Sven Goran Erikkson or Berti Vogts on this type of show and I believe the position of Ireland manager is just as important as either of these jobs.
Yeah but neither Sven or Berti are the same type of character as MM. I thought he did fairly well, all things considered (but I'm not Irish). As far as the piss-taking goes, well that is fair enough. The whole show is a piss-take and anyone is fair game.
