On HBO's "On the record" with Bob Costas, Michael Moore was asked how he would fix or deal with the horroble Detroit Tigers. His asnwer was, "I would do what they do in Soccer in Europe and take down the worst team in the league to Triple A and bring up the best Tripla A team to the majors, so the Tigers would go down and the Toledo Muddheads would come up".
