He did some really cool stuff. My all time favorite version of "Dream On" by Aerosmith - which was done for MTV-10, and can be found on the Last Action Hero soundtrack that was one of the first experiments in adding a symphonic arrangement to rock songs. Also handled the Metallica S&M album, that wasn't as good as it should have been, IMO.

he was cool in S&M his conducting made some of the late 90's Metallica songs sound way better than the originals... he will be missed... RIP Michael Kamen
