Churchill's is very soccer-friendly, and shows loads of matches. They were open 24 hours a day for the World Cup.
The SportCafe in South Beach is very soccer friendly, with a lot Euros and Euro-wannabes, though you can say that about a lot of bars in Miami. There's also a great, hole in the wall dive place in Lauderdale - forget the name - that shows lots of Anglo footy. It's right by Lockhart and whenever MLS is - or was - in town or the US national team, you could run into various soccer luminaries there. I was down there for spring training a couple years ago and ran into a bunch of MLS coaches there.
The Ft Lauderdale bar was called the Tudor Inn, and was sometimes visited by Fusion players after matches. It was a great place to meet soccer fans before/after matches. Almost immediately following the Fusion demise, it was sold and is now called the "Frog and Toad" - a very (cute) English style bar. They still show soccer matches, but I don't think it has the same attraction (for soccer fans, anyway) as the Tudor Inn.
