hey guys, i've never posted much at all, sometimes because of the side crap that i see, but i've been checking the boards daily for at least a couple of years now...there's a lot of you guys that know your stuff and it's great...anyways, i don't know how many of you are familiar with MFLS.com, free fantasy MLS, but the site is up and running and year after year i beat up on weak competition so i'm hoping i can get a good metro division with guys who know their ***************...i'll also be posting a lot more frequently...and if this post doesn't belong here, my bad...oh yea, i'm a 20 year old in passaic county, a young'n maybe, but season ticket holder since year 1...later

I never played this, but I created my own division with some family members, we have 6 teams in so far, if you wish to join my div. let me know, but i warn you we may not be much of a competition

hey, thanks for replying...it's a great game, i'd play the MLSnet.com version, but you can buy trades and it makes the competition uneven...anyways, if you like fantasy sports, you'll love their game...i'm going to try to hold out for some good competition, but thanks for the reply nonetheless, good luck

Not a big fan of it. Last year far too many players were listed out of position and they wouldn't change. For example, they had Clint and Jolley both listed as Midfielders. Clint, maybe, but Jolley? The game at Sporting News looks like it will be better.

Fantasy MLS is a bunch of crap in my opinion - I really don't feel like having a team of players out of which maybe two or three get a regualr start - but this is all a beginning player can afford basically. That is just my impression from trying it out last season.

are you guys sure you're not confusing the sporting news game through MLSnet, with the game i'm talking about on MFLS.com...they're 2 different games, and the salary cap is very fair

Yeah, I joined the MetroFans one, but MFLS is bad with positions and prices, the cap is reasonable, although I like a lower one that makes the teams more realistic looking.
