So since I stopped using my Mex avie on game days we have been winning, well not just winning but playing awesome. I know I'm overly superstitious but....

 

we have been winning ever since I put on this avi and now I refuse to remove it --- even though have been back from Ireland for awhile now.

 

come on guys, we only won because I started the pregame thread. Ill make sure to start the next one if this result isnt to our liking.

 

The difficulty of this game is gonna be 10/10 I think looking at Honduras possible line up.

Curious but why do so many Mexican posters find honduras so annoying?

Other than Carlos Mencia i don't have a problem with anyone from honduras.

Because they're the cockiest MotherFackers in the region, they think there gods!! they think undefetable, i listen to Espnradio every day and the catrachos that call in are just retarded, i think the listn to that nasaralla guy to much...i mean according to him barca is a second trier team in Europ right? and of course we lost to them in honduras 3-1 (which i reapeat, that team was a joke, we had no coach, no real team play there)

They probably say the same about Mexico because of Faitelson, Huerta, Jay Ramon.

 

I just don't like them because they're Honduran.

 

I starting to really get fed up with a lot of the central american countries like CR, Honduras and other CONCACAF teams that year in and year out talk a lot of shit about Mexico no longer being the best team in the region, "we will beat Mexico", and so on. I understand that we aren't a world power, but that being said no one I repeat NO ONE in our region has done anything close to what we have accomplished throughout the years and yes some have done some nice things here and there but not on a consistent basis like we have and until someone steps up and does from our region then they can't make the argument....i've named some accomplishments below to help my point.

1. Won a Confederations Cup
2. One of the top 10 countries in the World as far as number of WC appearances
3. Only CONCACAF team to make the round of 16 in each of the last four WC
4. Been Head of Group at a WC
5. Runners-up in Copa America more then once
6. Most Gold Cups won

there are some more facts I could add, but I'll stop here because that is enought to prove my point. Until another CONCACAF country gets closer to accomplish what we have done they need to stop talking shit when it comes to Futbol. Remember that those countries (CR, Honduras, US, etc) play in the same lousy region we do, so they can't say that is why we have made the WC so many times. When its time to play with the big boys, we generally do the best job of any team in a our region (No pun intended to the US run in the CC this year, congrats to them on that). These are the same reasons I don't talk shit to the US about basketball, american football, hockey, or other sports...though I will say I hope Marquez beats down Pretty Boy. VIVA MEXICO!!

There are plenty of Central Americans who do know what is what. You just don't hear about them because they are sensible. Sounds like you run into the ones who have a warped sense of reality.

If they don't know their facts, but are willing to listen, fine, school them. But I have no interest in educating people who don't want to listen. Do you think Brazil goes around telling Peru how good they are?

 

Hondurenos are cool for the most part, but they talked more trash than the Salvies after they won. Meh, I guess it's part of the posting game.

 

Will Telemundo open up the game to non-subscribers like they did for MX vs USA?
