    I'm just getting a chance to watch this qualifier.

    Not boding well for the Americans. Less than two minutes in and they miss the first offside call.

    At about 31:00 there is a good example of a throw in taken well away from where the ball went out. The team threw it back to the defense, so Geiger didn't seem to mind.

    If those are the only two plays you can bring it up I guess they did pretty well.

    When I started the thread, I was watching the replay. I got the feeling after the first offside call that there could be problems. The crew really did a fine job.

    Ah, nice to read this thread and think back about a MEX match well-reffed by MG. I wonder how he'll do in his next MEX match, whenever that day comes.
