The thing that pisses me off is the ref was 5 feet away, in the right position all over the play and didn't hesitate. Fine go to var, but it's not a clear call to make do you stick with your original thought.
If we had the front line of Mexico that won in Peru and the heart of the team that won it in 2011. With this teams back line...damn. what a team that would be. I hope this whole preceso shit doesn't continue. Because better players could have been in this game. Either way, these kids should have won it and it was taken from them. Hope they keep their heads up and beat them when the u-20 world cup comes along.
Flattered you remembered me. Best of luck in CONCACAF qualifying. We won't have it easy in CONMEBOL. Brasil Tetra just like in 1994.
El Mesmari is overrated imo. Physically limited and lacking technical ability. Reminds me of Cesar Villaluz. Will be average Liga MX player but that's it. Pizzuto (Italian grandfather/passport?) could be the next Torrado. Garcia, Gomez, Guzman, Munoz, have that "extra" and hopefully they continue to develop. Could be really good ones.
