CL!!, and no as of right now if we won the CL we wouldn't be able to go to the CWC, im not sure but i think that was going to change in the near future tough.

So my priority's right now would be...
    1. Copa Libertadores
    2. Mexican First Division & Cocacaf Champios League (this would be my 3th choice but it comes the ticket to the CWC, so i tied it)

    1) Libertadores
    2) Domestic Cup
    3) Copa Sudamericana (just added it)
    4) CONCACAF Champions League

Libertadores is the most important cup in the Americas, don't tell that to America though, they're willing to throw away semi-final games in the Libertadores.

If a Mexican team wins Libertadores, I don't think they would automatically go into the Club World Championship. I think that ticket is reserved for a South American team only, not sure though.

So would two Mexican teams be able to go to the CWC. or would the 2nd place south american team go instead?

No if dont think so, if a Mexican team win Libetadores, and another Mexican team wins Cocacaf, there would probably be a Recopa (home and away games to decided who goes or one game on neutral ground), but thats only starting until 2009 when if a Mexican team win CL, they have the chance to go to the CWC.

And im not sure but the seeding to the CWC in Football Manager 2008 works with the second seeded SA team, or the Copa Sudamericana winner, they play a Recopa betwen Copa SA, and CL (im not sure if that happends tough)

Source Milenio google, just look for something like this: mexico dejara de ser invitado a libertadores, you'll find a bunch of it.

Of course the most important to win is libertadores, cause, in my opinion the team wich wins it is one of the best 5 teams in the world. even above of european clubs (since clubs from america win the intercontinental more often than european teams).
