The Empire Supporters Club advises it's members past, present and future potential to be patient in renewing MetroMembership subscriptions. Last year's ESC-Metro plan was mutually beneficial to both parties and we have been told by Metro that they wish to make a similar offer this offseason. For now, though, there is no reason to renew. We have the greatest buying power when we subscribe together. Remember that. The Zambrano sacking was great, the Bradley hire is superb and the new crest and home top are exciting to a degree. Now let's hope for our stadium bill to pass the Senate and for Our Bob to whip these ne'er do wells into shape and add a few top draftees. Stay tuned for info on an offseason to-do or two. Bump. I'd love to see a ESC Metromembership-jersey offer thingy like they did last year, and I'm guessing it would be twice as popular as last year's deal was.
I say they need to raise the bar and offer us a free bus trip if we sell enough # tickets. I know last year if it was 50 tickets sold we got free food, maybe if we reach 100 we get a free trip to NE or DC. Oh and new away jerseys too
So much better than being MUTUALLY beneficial to only ONE party. I couldn't resist! But I get your drift and will sign up through the ESC. We definitely need a deal that gets us home jerseys. The sight of 101 solid with the new top could almost counter our having to play on plastic (if it comes to that).
