This new layout thing is diferent... Some metal is good stuff, but then again, some isn't. That seems to hold true for all types of music.

But as long as they are metal, i respect every band, even if i don't like their music (the exception are some church-burning and/or fascist idiots).

    Why?

Don't get me wrong, probably half my music collection is metal. I love all sorts of metal.

Doesn't mean King Diamond or Prong are any good.

metal is only not good when it descends into tuneless sludge. unfortunately i have seen quite a lot of examples of this.

I respect those bands for playing music you can't earn much money with (at least as long as you aren't Iron Maiden or sell-out to MTV) just because of their love for metal.
But of course that doesn't mean that i would listen to a band i don't like or that i would pretend to like them.
