Our heroes begin another season at home, in front of its millions and millions of supporters, coming fresh off of a championship in the tournament arc. Their quest to claim yet more glory and destroy E.V.I.L. once and for all starts against a powerful foe from the east. Will the season begin with a victory for our yellow wearing crew?
We should be full bore for this one. Most of the starters should sit vs Esteli and the ones that do play should not go 90. And we'll have 8-10 days off after this one before Monterrey.
Looks like my account manager balances have been fixed in that it says that I have a modest credit on the account now. Of course it also says that I have no tickets to any up-coming games, which isn't terribly accurate. One step forward, though, I guess.
Got my tickets. Beat Philadelphia. There is a twenty buck service charge per order, and I couldn't figure out how to order three tickets instead of two or four.
A $20 service charge? Seriously? We paid a $12 charge for our season tickets. That's a ********ing joke.
That faq is really vague on how we get the tickets. Will there be a link emailed.....or something show up in our account?
If it is like the CCL match you buy through Account Manager, make sure you are logged in or it will not show up.
Or the Crew recouping some of the "credit" they gave us. Could be a little of both. I made the mistake of using the credit to buy 4 tickets. The problem is that my season tickets are split equally between 4 people but the Philly tickets are going to 2 of them, 1 ticket for one and 3 for the other. Now I have to figure out how much each of them owes me and the other guy not going. Anyone care to help me figure out the math? $25.50 per ticket, one pass for each group, 2 @ $12, plus a $24 service fee, $150 total.
Yeah, I'd be in a similar same boat. To buy tickets for our small group, one of us would need to get all of them in order to sit together and save $$ on service fees, since we all have our own accounts. But that means only one person ends up being able to use credit to pay for the tickets. Which kinda defeats the purpose of having credits. I'm going to pass on this weekend's match. Also, two embers of my group will have just gotten their first vaccine shot this week, so that makes it easier to rationalize. For future games, I may end up reaching out to the to ticket office directly (it's supposed to be open 9-5, M-F). There's gotta be a way to avoid the TM fee and tap into these credits.
I still want to know where they are putting STH folks in Historic Crew Stadium if/when it is fully open--and how. The email I got said that they cannot guarantee your current location. That's kind of odd, as the "current location": is based on New Crew Stadium. I understand this situation, as it is COVID related.
Likely the same way they have done the reduced capacity Philly game. Refund you the current ticket money and give you a window to purchase tickets based on your tenure. Just selling 20k seats instead of 3800. Then opening to general public after season ticket holders have had their turn. I think the email they sent out explained it exactly like that. If they can sell more tickets they will. Current STH will get first crack.
Wait, so the FO is making us pay the service charge?!?!?! How about just give us the flippin tickets we paid for!
Are tickets gone already? I'm in the 1pm group; I have the option of buying a parking pass, but not tickets...
I just got 4 in the front rows of the upper deck 205. Nearly all the lower bowl were gone except extreme corners. Was in the 1pm group. The site crapped out on me twice and cleared my cart. Third time was the charm. Really annoying about the fees.
I had the opposite. Could buy tickets to the game (there are still lots of them) but not a parking pass
Tickets are still available. Right now it shows that all lower bowl tickets are gone except for some south end and southwest corner tickets. There are still plenty of upper bowl tickets are available.
