I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with Family & friends, lots of good cheer (Abbot Ale) and may our new year be filled with claret & blue victory's, cheers, Brian.
Cheers Brian and to all the posters and West Ham fans everywhere, lets hope that your Christmas is safe and happy and that 2006 will see success for all of you and particularly the Hammers. PS. Brian of course is the first one of us to see Christmas and the New Year, closely followed by us here in OZ. He might be able to give us a few tips on what to expect in 2006 as he is there first!!!
Indeed. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Sucks that I am going to be on the road starting on Boxing Day but got to go visit the various relatives.
Just wanted to add my own good wishes to all my fellow Hammers on here and worldwide for a happy and peaceful season. May the stout fellow in the red suit bring us the 20 points we need for safety as soon as poss! Mike
Merry Christmas to all from what, believe me, feels like the North Pole right now. Unfortunately, I won't get back home this Christmas and will have to live through the deep freeze until I visit Mexico in a month's time. Let's go for maximum points over the holidays and a good result against Chelski.
Cold here too Toronto. Very Christmasy tho'. Have a good one all of you. From me in the land of Odin. The original 'Santa Claus'. Yes I know it's St Nick Stomps, but the legend originated from Odin. He wore a blue outfit by the way and gave out gifts to children.
And had an eight legged flying horse pulling his sleigh. His gifts included diesease war and death. Dont think I dont know my stuff sunshine!
A very Happy Christmas to all my fellow Hammers on here, and onwards and upwards for the claret & blue in 2006 Txx
He only gave the nasty things to nasty people. Never to musicians, and especially not blues players. His horse won the derby 3 times by the way. I'm sure that you and yours are safe Stomps. No diesease for you this year mate. Have a good one. Tony. PS. I made the bit up about the Derby.
Two kisses is not a lot to share among us lot T........Unless, of course they were just for me and Stomper.
Merry christmas to everyone. Its 38% here today if you think thats cold your wrong its 38 centigrade. I hate it, i wish i was in England away away. In England i could drink good beer, i'd walk on water to be anywhere but in this bloody heat.
38 degrees Celsius? That's over 100 Farenheit. Where are you? It's a breezy 79F here (26C). I wish it were like this all year 'round. Also, why don't Americans celebrate Boxing Day like their English-speaking counterparts around the globe (GB, Oz, NZ, Canada, etc.)? I'd love another day off.
38 bloody degrees on the Gold Coast today and tomorrow with a 'cool ' change on Monday.........down to 36. I'm with you Scout, too hot.
I had heard it would be down to 28 here Christmas day. I really hope that hasn't changed. Speedy i'm in Sydney, Ballard is about 1000 kms north of me. Lucky Claret is in kiwi land. Always remember when i lived in California our christmas host was a lawyer. He only took christmas day off, his wife was English and she went ballistic so he came home at lunch time.
Home now after a few days in the hospital (nothing too serious just a little complicatioin following hip surgery in November). Very humbling whatching how some very sick people cope with not being at home at this time. Merry Christmas everyone and another 30 points or so in the New Year.
Glad your ok now, certainly agree about some long term sick people having a brilliant attitude to life. Have a great christmas. 30 points more would do just fine.
