    so the finals are
CL : ARSENAL (EN) VS PSG (FR)
EUROPA : ASTON VILLA (EN) VS FREIBURG (GER)
CONFERENCE : CRYSTAL PALACE (EN) VS RAYO VALLECANO (SP)

Italy has really fallen off club wise and even national team , there weren't any clubs in the semi's even , they really need to try to do something to fix it.

    Fabrizio Romano :

Fede Valverde suffered a traumatic brain injury and will MISS El Clásico.

“The tests carried out today on our player Fede Valverde by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury”.

“Valverde is at home in good condition and will need to rest for 10 to 14 days, as per medical protocols for this diagnosis”, Real Madrid confirm.

I mean, that's unfortunate and big news as he's been Madrid's best player this season I'd say (though I don't watch a lot of their matches).

But the other big news is that he suffered the head injury in an altercation in training with Tchouaméni. WTF? It was the second altercation in Madrid's training just this week. That club is messed up!

Valverde is saying it was a "meaningless fight" and no punches were thrown, saying he sustained the cut on his head "by hitting it on a table" :cautious:

Yeah, or 3 points separating 12th from the relegation zone.

Asspanyol spent most of the season in the top 8 if I'm not mistaken. Now they're in the middle of a relegation battle.

Florentino Pérez: “I will LEAVE when someone WINS the elections against me”.

“People say I have cancer, that I want to go… you want me to go? FINE. I call elections and let’s see who wins against me”.

Currently, five La Liga teams tied on 39 points and 9 teams within 3 points of the drop zone!

On top of that, the team on 37 points, Alaves, has a very favorable schedule.

The amazing thing is that on BS, madridiots see that press conference as the laughable deflection and gaslighting that it is.

However, elsewhere on the interwebs, madridiots are actually hailing that presser.

Amazing how stupid some people are.

Celtic scored a 99th minute penalty ( :cautious: )last night in Motherwell to get a win and stay 1 point behind Hearts in the title race with 1 match to play. Of course, that match is Celtic v Hearts.

If they hadn't scored that 99th-minute winner, they would have had to beat Hearts by 3 goals or more on Sunday in order to win the title on goal diff.

I think it's quite incredible that Mbappe is spending the prime years of his career playing out of his preferred position. He was also often playing out of position at PSG. I don't think I remember this happening to a player ... specially of his caliber.

Looking at the stats it looks like they dominated the game but Gamba found a goal and held on to it. "Injustiça" . :ROFLMAO:

He will finally win the Saudi League though.

the level of corruption was so ridiculous , all saudi clubs complained about his team getting favors from officials , go look at the yellow card issued to the best player of their final game opponent damac that got him suspended , that same ref who told alahli players ( who were competing for the league at that time ) to forget about the league and focus on something else after some obvious bad calls against them , they wanted to please Ronaldo and gift him a league by any means necessary , well let's see if they can finally do it.

btw i still don't understand why they played the Final of the ACL2 at home in 1 leg instead of two legs or a one match in a neutral venue ( and they still lost :ROFLMAO: )

well since my native language is Arabic i got on my X feed shit ton of complaints from saudi fans and official saudi clubs accounts week in week out about AL-Nassr robbing them using local referees

in case you don't know saudi clubs can request Foreign officials instead of Saudi's but they have to pay 80k-120k $ per match which lower tier clubs can't afford so they end up losing

Harry Kane is about to win second European Golden Shoe, Haaland is 10 goals behind with two games left.

But he's also having pretty crazy scoring season. And there's still World Cup left...

    82 Messi 11-12
    69 Messi 12-13
    69 Cronaldo 12-13
    66 Cronaldo 14-15
    63 Kane 25-26
    ...

    Some WC related news.

Lamine probably won't play the 1st group game against Cape Verde and is doubtful for the 2nd.

Fermin is unfortunately out of the WC as he injured his foot in Barca's weekend game. Really sucks to pick up such an injury in a meaningless game after the title was clinched.

Roony was not picked for Sweden's WC squad. Probably because of lack of playing time at Barca but also there are comments about some attitude problems when he was with the Swedish squad complaining about not getting playing time.

Sucks for those players, but good for Barça. The rumors about Roony having attitude issues are a concern.
