I'm not so sure that Meet The Team Day is just for the season ticketholders; the event was advertised in the stadium as if anyone could just show up. Of course, since the PA STILL SUCKS DONKEY SCROTUM AT RFK, I couldn't actually hear the accompanying verbiage.

Question -

After 8 years as a season-ticket holder, I'm finally thinking of attending this event for the first time. Because I'll have a young child or two with me - what do I need to know? What time should I get there to avoid as much of a line as possible? My start time is 1 p.m.

Each year is a little different, but I sure didn't see them caring much one way or the other what time you had on your ticket. Hopefully, they throttle the times better and it helps with the lines.
Just let the kids know that you'll be in line for a long time. When in line, you'll be seeing other people eat and drink, this tends to make kids hungry and thirsty So either be willing to get out of line near the bar to get your kids something, or take care of it before you get there

I have no idea what time I'm supposed to get there, I never got my tix, guess I need to remember to walk up to the booth Friday

 

There are two Meet the Team tickets on Ebay going for .01. The only catch is that you have to pick them up from Herndon, VA....Too bad I live in Rockville and my car is in the shop. Whoever gets them..have fun.

Regarding the equipment sale, I was told by a DCU FO guy that it was happening around the same time (maybe a little earlier) as the MTD on the top level of the parking lot in the rear of the mall.

As for the entire event, I will not be able to attend due to Daddy Daycare obligations, and will have two tickets at the tailgate for whoever wants them...

 

Can anyone please hook me up with a pair of black #99 shorts? I bought so much at the last sale, I don't really need more DCU stuff now. The only problem was my hours of waiting didn't get me in early enough to buy shorts with the number I wear on my club teams. I don't want to wait hours in line for one item.
