Got an SOB scarf for Mr Novak.

And anyone who hasn't been greased with SOB magnets, find me this evening and I'll take care of you. Look for this guy.

by the by, what time is everyone getting there for this event?
due to the other team beign scared and not having enough people show up my game tonight has been rescheduled so i am looking to get there closer to 7 since the next train in doens't get thee until almost 8.

chef, if you wanna take the train with me i'm getting on the one that leaves spring mill at 6:24. coming home will probably be achieved by getting kathy to pick me up on her way home from work (she's closing tonight)

I hope the team's warning is not correct and the place doesn't fill totally up. I won't be there until about 10.15, I have to work until 10 and it's a nice hike down Broad St to the pub.

I'm in the same boat. I've got a walk from the Wash Square area, and can't hit the road until 9:30. I suppose worst case scenario, I can catch a cab and go to Darkhorse before kickoff.

Great night. Props to Tir Na Nog. Got there at 7, ate, joined the crowd at 8, left at 9:30 and got home in time for kickoff/first pitch. (Had to leave early to wake up for work today.)

My heart sank at home watching the WCQ game. Oh well...we'll get em saturday.

    btw JT...I dig the magnets.

Nowak was a really nice guy. He even spent sometime signing autographs.

    nice post Dillon. Repped.

great work by Brent & George in the interviews.

quote at the end from Peter about SoB is priceless.

Dillon you are as much to blame as anyone for helping start this SoB madhouse that helped attract Nowak here. Sweet!

Had a blast last night . Great to meet some many SoB's. Can't wait for the next installment . The energy in a room of SoB's is off the charts to begin with. Add a coach equally as intense and I'm ready for the season to begin today ! Can't wait. If the two minutes I spoke with him last night , while he signed my SoB hoodie and photo, is any indication , his intensity is matched only by his class.

How was the Nowak event at Tir Na Nog?

As a SOB who lives at the Jersey Shore it would have been nearly impossible for me to make it out to Philly for the event. How did it go? Did he reveal any plans for the side? Mention anything about possible player acquisitions? Please fill me in as I am dying to know...

He actually layed out the full roster and all of his strategies for the upcoming season. Shame you missed it.

My highlight of the night was some idiot calling Judah "Jonas" as he left the event.

Well, he asked us not to talk about the van der Sar thing, so don't tell MLS Rumors.
