A friend of mine needs a hand. He works for a non-profit in Manhattan, specifically NoHo, some of the most expensive real estate around. They're looking to move to a new building/area, and he's been tasked with putting together a proposal for a new HQ. He's looking for a website (or websites) that would list the median price per square foot for leasing commercial real estate. The preferable location would be lower Manhattan (below 14th street), but information about anywhere in the 5 boroughs or even Jersey would be welcome as well. Is there a website that would contain this info? He's found a place that's leasing for $110/square foot in TriBeCa, and we're trying to confirm that this is, in fact, a good deal. Thanks.
