EDF has won 4 and lost 23 games in the league since he left Roma, across 3 different clubs. This guy was given the best generation of Roma players since the scudetto. This is a life or death match for him, if he gets sacked again it might be the end for his Serie A career. I watched Verona against Inter and the second half of that match was so bad that I was convinced EDF is getting them relegated.
Verona aren’t even a bad team either. Really should be fighting for mid table, not relegation. Could see Jose going with two strikers here.
Lol nvm. #HellasVerona have officially announced the sacking of coach Eusebio Di Francesco after only three #SerieA games. https://t.co/LGaAvnqRI7#SerieATIM #Gialloblu #DiFrancesco #Verona— Football Italia (@footballitalia) September 14, 2021
Igor Tudor is the new Verona coach. His last job in Serie A was with Udinese and this was his last game before he got sacked:
Vina and Mkhi are rumoured to be unavailable for this match. Calafiori was physically struggling at the end of last match, I hope he can be ready.
(4-2-3-1): Rui Patricio; Karsdorp, Mancini, Ibañez, Calafiori; Veretout, Cristante; Zaniolo, Pellegrini, Shomurodov; Abraham Shomu starts on left wing... I think he can do really well there. Don't forget to bring in El Shaarawy though at one point!
Who the hell is this player? Ridiculous how much better Pellegrini is this year. Not a fan of having both Eldor and Zaniolo on the wings so far. Tammy isn’t getting much at all from either of them. Zaniolo has been a black hole
