Kharja was very good, you're right. There was a lot of effort in the midfield today, and look at the difference it made. Cerci was in the mood, but made a lot of silly decisions. We were much better without 18 in the squad.
I liked the lineup today. Not exactly the most creative side out there but considering what we got, it was nice to see them work hard and push forward as a team. Even Lazzari adds more than a certain other player at this point. We should survive because as many problems as we have, it's not nearly as bad as what's going on in Genoa.
I don't even really think of them as a "them." There's at most 3 of them over there with a bunch of sockpuppet logins. I do admire their dedication, though.
We're actually a pretty good team without Montolivo on the field. I (honest-to-god) woke up with cold sweats a couple times last night worried that he may play today.
I think that's part of it, I think that the other issue however is that he has terrible vision on the field, and a poor sense of where anyone else is going to be. Every now and then he gets lucky with a bit of skill, but mostly he's relied on his ability and not gotten any better in his role with this team. But hey, Prandelli sill loves him.
He never really became good. I was really his biggest fan for awhile but he never really developed into what I thought. Once he scored a couple of goals that (scoring) became his one and only priority.
As long as your beat roma it doesnt matter how you win how can you respect a team milking that atroucious monster in their emblem?
Roma feeling more in the mood....I kind of figured that this would happen. Cerci out, Amauri (ugh) in.
