If France doesn’t end up picking him would Mancini consider picking Veretout to play for Italy?

I think he would help a young national team that has few midfield options...

Roma have not collected 43 points from 22 games since a certain bald man in 2016.

Not sure what’s going on with fans and Fonseca but to me anyway, I think he is doing a great job. It’s kind of surprising that they want him out.

Not winning against the top teams I guess. To me Roma's big problem has always been doing ok against the big teams but dropping many points against the minnows. They have fixed that so far this season. Just need to get points against the other top teams, even splitting the points over those games would lead to a big points total.

Yeah but that is always the case with Roma. Still when up against the big teams like Milan and Inter, looking at the standings Roma are doing great for what they have. They phased out Džeko and Fonseca has slowly worked in his system. Not bad considering they don’t have a bunch of champions like other teams do. At least not really any superstar like CR7 or Ibra....

Yea, even a few draws against some of the top teams would certainly make a difference. That said, I don't think this team is a CL caliber team so the fact he has Roma in the CL hunt this late in the season is a pretty darn good job, IMO.
