I sincerely hope the match doesn’t come down to a late penalty because I can’t think of anyone I’d feel confident with taking the kick in such a situation.
Being able to "speak" Spanish does not really help much when Spanish language announcers get excited. I speak fair Spanish and, for the most part, I find Spanish language commentators to be unintelligible when the match gets excieting. Also, if Landon keeps it together, he can actually be a quite good color commentator. But it could be that he was not excited commenting on the Mexico match and, in todays match, he gets excited and forgets he is supposed to be commenting on the match and not telling boring stories the whole time. We will just have to wait and see. At least we are less than 30 minutes from the start of the match. I am almost excited!
Should go with an American sparkling! I was woefully unprepared. Figured I got some beers in the garage. Got Kona light that my wife bought after we went to Hawaii. 3 cans. That''s it. I got a lot of wine, but it doesn't feel right. Looks like we're going straight Vodka on ice.
