BBC website are saying that Tigana is one game away from getting the sack at Fulham, and Mick McCarthy is being touted as a possible succesor. Apparently Martin O'Neill is Al Fayed's 1st choice for a replacement, but I doubt he'd leave Celtic for a floundering Fulham. Could Mick Mc turn things around at Fulham?
with only a few good players - finnan, van der saar, inamoto and saha to choose from, it's not a job too many managers would kill for. IMHO al fayed would be a complete pain as a chairman - always sticking his nose is, which is expected considering the amount of money he's pumped into the club and seen little or no return. it would be a job for a manager who is used to get the most of his players, don't think mmc would be the best choice.
