Who the heck would want to visit a hole like El Salvador ? Does anyone outside Central America and the Carribean even care about this mickey mouse event ? The El Salvadorian president is like " The whole world will be watching." LOL watching what I may ask. Can the whole world even identify El Salvador on a map ? Why's it called the Central American and Carribean games when athletes and teams from Mexico,Venezuela and Columbia are competiting ? Then why the heck aren't teams and athletes from the US and Canada participating then. Do we really need this event plus the Pan Am games too ? Colombia and Venezuela are playing because both countries are bordering the Caribbean Sea. I imagine Mexico is invited because the English press seems to think Mexico is Central America.
Well now, you know that Colombia and Venezuela are Caribbean countries. I guess Mexico gets invited because it borders Central America. Truth is I am just interested in how the Colombian sub 20 team is going to do. As this will be their first, time to play against other national sides. The tourney should be helpful in preparing the team for the Sub 20 qualifiers in January.
Well he said venezuela is the defending champions so it must be a crappy tournament if venezuela is winning at soccer.
Actually since near the end of the last WCQ campaign Venezuela has been playing a lot better they finished above Chile. Maybe the last tourney was held in Venezuela.

That's almost racist, I guess you didnt expect a salvadoran were reading what you wrote. As sid pointed out ColOmbia and Venezuela are caribbean teams as well as Mexico. BTW I feel offended, I'm a member AND moderator of this website and while I know a lot of americans dont know jack about geography I dont expect them to think as repulsive as you are referring towards my country, in case you need geography classes just ask, I'll help you to know where my country is located.
